How to Create Your LTK Shopper Profile

As an LTK Shopper, you can now create a profile to express yourself to your fellow LTK Shoppers, Creators, and the greater LTK Community!

Getting started with updating your profile

1. Ensure you are running on the latest version of the LTK app (iOS: version 4.65 or later)
2. On the home tab: Tap the ‘Account’ icon
3. Tap on the profile icon to upload a profile picture from your photo album. 
   1. If you are not sharing your photo albums already, you'll see a device prompt asking you to "grant access" to the photo library.
4. Tap on the pencil icon to update your shopper username. You will be assigned a default shopper username until you update your profile. 

LTK CREATORS: Please note that the LTK Shop and LTK Shopper profile are different. 

If you are an LTK Creator and are unable to update your LTK shop profile name to match your LTK shop name, please submit a ticket to our Creator Support team. 

Just like that, you've officially created an LTK Shopper Profile! Interact with Creators, get to know your fellow shoppers, and get all the details on Creators' favorite products and looks, all saved in one place. 

FAQ’s 

• What are the basic requirements for usernames? 

Usernames must be at least 3 characters. It can only include letters, numbers, and underscores. No special characters are allowed. 

• What do I do if I’m trying to create a username but getting an error? 

Usernames can not be in use already by other Shoppers. You are also not allowed to use an LTK Creator’s LTK shop name as a Shopper username if you do not own that account. Creators looking to use their LTK shop name as their username must submit a ticket to support. 

• Once I’ve updated my  Shopper profile, will it be backdated and applied to previous comments? 

Yes, all previous comments made by the shopper will reflect the new username and profile picture. 

• Where will my profile picture appear? 
  • As the account icon on the home tab in the Shopper app.
  • Every time you post a comment.
