Issue: Not Receiving 'Push' Notifications needs permission from your Android to send you 'push' notifications, to check that you allow notifications follow the below steps. 

  • Open your Android Settings
  • Select Apps & Notifications
  • Select app and then App Notifications
  • Ensure notifications are on and updated to desired preference 

Nextcheck that you allow Screenshot Notifications through the app 

  • Open Account Settings on app 
  • Select Notifications 
  • Ensure Screenshot Match is active

Remember, the app must be open and actively running in the background of your phone to send you a 'push' notification. If it has been running in the background for an extended period of time it can take up to 10 minutes to send a 'push' notification
