Issue: Screenshots Not Matching Pt. 2

Screenshots cannot be matched if you did not give the appropriate permissions when you first downloaded the app. If you currently allow access to your screenshots click here for additional troubleshooting steps. 

The first step is to active 'Match My Screenshots' in your account settings. 

  1. Go to Account Settings and enable Match My Screenshots. 
  2. Select Settings from the Allow Photo Access Popup
  3. Select Photos from the Access Settings
  4. Check that Read and Write is enabled (it will have a checkmark by it). It is set to Never by default.
