Issue: Screenshots Not Matching

If you allow LIKEtoKNOW.it access to your screenshots below are additional troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience a delay or issue with your screenshots matching.

• Remember, LIKEtoKNOW.it works to match content created by our network of Influencers. Be sure to screenshot LIKEtoKNOW.it-enabled content. To spot a LIKEtoKNOW.it-enabled image, look for captions containing both the ‘#liketkit’ hashtag and a ‘http://liketk.it’ link, or a LIKEtoKNOW.it logo in the bottom right-hand corner of the image.
• In some instances, if the LIKEtoKNOW.it app has been running in the background of your phone for an extended period of time your screenshot matches can be delayed. If you'll close out (swipe up) and relaunch the app occasionally this should ensure your screenshots match more efficiently in the app.
• Be sure you are using the most up to date version of your phone software and the LIKEtoKNOW.it app.
